SDET, Level I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conducting tests on AI-driven conversational products.

• Overseeing and enhancing the quality assurance process to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

• Promoting a strong awareness of data quality across various teams.

• Assessing and pinpointing areas where improvements in model accuracy are necessary.

• Preparing detailed testing feedback to assist the team in refining AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and a passion for acquiring new technologies.

• Enthusiasm for Manual & Automation Testing, including Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, and Execution.

• Experience in API testing and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.

• Familiarity with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Understanding of testing requirements pertinent to the current project or product.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and tools.

• Exposure to new technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as a self-motivated individual.

• A willingness to learn and confidence in QA-related processes.

• Familiarity with any Database (e.g., MySql) is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
