SDET – Front End

📋 Description

• Collaborate within customer-centric agile squads alongside product managers, designers, and engineers to define the upcoming iterations of NatWest Boxed.

• Jointly establish and continuously enhance the testing strategy for both new and existing products.

• Lead the testing chapter's direction while upholding high standards in technology and processes.

• Create clean, elegant, and reusable code that is straightforward to maintain and extend.

• Develop scalable automated testing systems that facilitate the swift delivery of customer value.

• Assist fellow engineers in testing their software and serve as a subject matter expert.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to influence the future of quality engineering at NatWest Boxed.

• Prioritize customers' long-term interests in all significant decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with popular back-end test automation frameworks.

• Proven experience in integrating test automation frameworks into the continuous deployment pipeline.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and configuration.

• Hands-on experience with React Native.

• Experience with front-end test automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of techniques and tools for software performance testing and automated security testing.

• Strong grasp of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).

• Experience in delivering and testing distributed microservices as part of an agile team.
