• Inspire and motivate students through meaningful biological subject expertise.

• Deliver captivating and interactive online biology lessons to students from around the globe.

• Foster students' academic advancement and overall wellbeing.

• Offer guidance and support on educational and wellbeing issues.

• Contribute to student evaluations, reports, and references in a timely manner.

• Engage in staff meetings and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

• Assist in school self-evaluation and improvement initiatives.

• Help maintain and enhance a high-quality school environment and reputation.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in and be fully authorized to work in the UK.

• Capacity to teach Biology up to Year 13.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with appropriate safeguarding procedures.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.

• Competence to perform well in dynamic and evolving environments.

• Experience in primary, secondary, or college education sectors.

• Background in either state or independent school sectors.

• Experience in creating educational resources and enhancing course delivery.

• Proficiency in using technology applications for online teaching.

• Knowledge of effective strategies to engage students in Biology.

• Ability to promote best practices and produce high-quality materials.

• Passion for online teaching and commitment to student learning and development.

• Flexible and energetic approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Adherence to safer recruitment practices and completion of pre-employment background checks required prior to appointment.
