This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and uphold provider schedules to address patient requirements.
• Oversee provider census through proactive management of census risks.
• Manage market census to ensure appropriate patients are seen at the correct times in accordance with HarmonyCares risk tiering and inactivation process.
• Work in conjunction with local leadership to optimize the scheduling system and ensure patient requests are effectively communicated.
• Foster relationships and communicate HarmonyCares services effectively with patients and their families.
• Make and receive phone calls to support a seamless scheduling process.
• Address and escalate scheduling concerns and issues, both internally and externally.
• Comply with patient confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with the manager, colleagues, and other HarmonyCares staff.
• Carry out additional duties as necessary.
• 2+ years of college education and/or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Quick to address and resolve complex, real-time challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think logically and process information sequentially with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, with a solid foundation in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in scheduling or logistics is preferred.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, conditions, illnesses, and treatment protocols.
