This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage project costing and scheduling.
• Support project teams in tracking and assessing project performance.
• Collaborate with project team members to deploy Graycor's performance monitoring system and other necessary tracking systems.
• Analyze and create project schedules based on plans and specifications.
• Integrate budgeted amounts, quantities, labor resources, and schedules from subcontractors and vendors.
• Regularly update schedules to reflect progress, delays, actual start and finish dates, remaining durations, installed quantities, labor hours, costs, and any design, drawing, or delivery changes.
• Establish and maintain the project cost code framework, schedule WPS, and cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Generate management reports, including cash flow, hourly shutdown and outage schedules, weekly quantity reports, SPI, CPI, EV, and manpower reports.
• Provide guidance to the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding the performance of subcontractors and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least four years of pertinent construction experience, ideally in the heavy industrial sector.
• Previous experience in monitoring field progress.
• Demonstrated capability in producing SPI, CPI, EV, and manpower reports.
• Experience in reviewing contractor programs for adherence to contract specifications.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to multitask urgently while ensuring detail orientation and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with managers, colleagues, subcontractors, and construction craft workers.
• Capability to work both collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficient in scheduling, cost software, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively and temporarily live at project sites for extended periods.
• Ability to return home every other weekend.
