📋 Description

• Oversee and expand the SAP Transportation Management (TM) practice across various regions and projects.

• Establish the practice strategy, solution offerings, and delivery frameworks for SAP TM.

• Manage comprehensive SAP TM implementation programs within S/4HANA environments.

• Provide oversight on solution architecture for intricate transportation and logistics processes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders regarding logistics transformation initiatives.

• Lead presales initiatives, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.

• Build, mentor, and cultivate high-performing consulting teams specialized in SAP TM.

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects with an emphasis on quality, timelines, and value realization.

• Collaborate with other SAP practice areas (EWM, SD, MM, FICO) to develop integrated supply chain solutions.

• Promote innovation in transportation planning, execution, freight management, and optimization.

• Develop best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets for the delivery of SAP TM.

• Support business development efforts and contribute to revenue growth objectives for the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP, with a strong emphasis on SAP Transportation Management (TM).

• Demonstrated success in leading SAP TM implementation and transformation initiatives.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP TM processes, including transportation planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlement.

• Solid understanding of the S/4HANA logistics architecture and its integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FICO.

• Experience in designing comprehensive supply chain and transportation solutions.

• Strong presales expertise, including solution development, proposals, and client workshops.

• Proven leadership experience in managing consulting teams and delivery units.

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities at the executive level.

• Capability to define practice strategy and drive business growth.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making competencies.

• Experience in global delivery environments across diverse industries.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, or a related field.

• SAP TM certification is highly regarded.
