Consultor SAP SD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Provide level 2 and 3 functional support for SAP SD.

• Analyze and resolve incidents and requests using the ticketing tool.

• Identify and implement enhancements to commercial and sales processes.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA).

• Participate in small projects and system upgrades.

• Configure and adjust settings within the SD module.

• Collaborate with business areas such as Sales, Billing, Logistics, and Tax.

• Support unit and integrated testing, as well as solution validation.

• Document processes and implemented solutions.

• Strong experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

• Background in support and maintenance.

• Knowledge of sales processes.

• Order management skills.

• Experience with deliveries and shipping.

• Familiarity with billing processes.

• Understanding of pricing strategies.

• Knowledge of tax determination.

• Experience with integrations involving MM and FI.
