This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Act as the Principal Functional Subject Matter Expert for the Supplier Portal encompassing SAP Ariba Supplier Management, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Identify business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions for the supplier portal.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of supplier management processes within SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
• Address issues, assist end-users, and provide training.
• Propel continuous enhancements for supplier collaboration, portal capabilities, and process efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, data standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver timely solutions within the defined scope.
• Create and maintain documentation related to supplier portal processes, configurations, workflows, and enhancements.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of supplier portal solutions.
• Evaluate business requirements, design workflows, and troubleshoot supplier onboarding, data management, compliance, and supplier lifecycle operations.
• Assist in change management and oversee large-scale data processes.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP.
• Proficient in SAP Ariba Supplier Management, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, procurement processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in business analysis, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation.
• Proven track record in leading system integrations, executing data migrations, and supporting change management efforts.
• Experience with SAP implementation projects in large enterprise settings.
• Familiar with testing methodologies and strategies for end-user enablement.
• US citizenship is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance.
