This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist customers throughout their journey with SuccessFactors, covering assessment, roadmap, Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Time.
• Provide advice, support, and enhancement of existing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM environments for clients.
• Evaluate and resolve intricate payroll and time-management challenges.
• Collaborate with HR specialist departments to design and implement processes.
• Manage projects and subprojects aligned with individual strengths and interests.
• Generate new projects and clientele through pre-sales and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with HR and HR-IT colleagues in cross-functional teams.
• Take initiative as part of the team and actively contribute to shaping meHRsalz.
• Travel approximately once a month to company or client locations and team meetings.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Time, and/or SAP HCM.
• Career changers are particularly encouraged to apply, including those with experience in operational systems.
• Deep knowledge in at least one specific area: Payroll, time management, personnel administration, or organizational management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, inquire, and articulate complex topics clearly.
• A curious mindset, confident demeanor, sense of responsibility, and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent German language proficiency.
• Proficient English language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel about once a month to company, client, or team locations.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Recruiting (SmartRecruiters) is advantageous.
• An agile mindset and familiarity with agile project methodologies are desirable.
• A valid SuccessFactors certification in one module is preferred.
