SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and architecture of solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and projects.

• Transform business and HR requirements into effective, scalable solutions within SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, which includes design, construction, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Configure and execute fundamental HR processes, such as organizational structures, employee data, workflows, and business rules.

• Counsel clients on best practices, standard functionalities, and the optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Collaborate with technical teams regarding integrations, data migration, and reporting needs.

• Mentor and support consultants within the SuccessFactors practice.

• Participate in project planning, estimations, and delivery governance to ensure successful outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

• Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including core HR, workflows, and data models.

• Experience in consulting or project-based delivery settings.

• Ability to facilitate solution design workshops and confidently engage with senior client stakeholders.

• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules or integrations is highly valued.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship.
