SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) across international offices.

• Lead conversations with stakeholders to enhance engagement initiatives, localization workshops, and platform utilization.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on functional requirements and critical program decisions.

• Collaborate with client-facing and technical delivery teams to collect and execute business and non-functional requirements.

• Offer best-practice insights on implementation methodologies and deployment strategies.

• Ensure accountability for project timelines, escalations, metrics, and status updates.

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions (RBP) to guarantee data security and compliance.

• Assist with S-User ID provisioning and access governance.

• Work closely with integration teams and external system owners to address data/interface challenges.

• Configure and maintain Employee Central components, including: Data Models, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Time Off, Role-Based Permissions, Story Reporting, and Transport Tool.

• Keep SAP workbooks updated based on iterative cycles.

• Support SIT and UAT phases, including defect resolution and configuration modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 complete SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central).

• A valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.

• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities, including in remote work settings.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Proficient stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

• Familiarity with SAFe methodology (preferred).

• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., PMGM, RCM) (preferred).
