This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Set up and provide support for SAP S/4HANA PTP and MM functionalities.
• Evaluate business needs and convert them into functional designs, configurations, and specifications.
• Assist with the complete procurement process, which includes requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, inventory handling, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
• Configure procurement frameworks such as purchasing organizations, plants, storage locations, and account determination.
• Create functional design documents (FDDs), process documentation, and training materials.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., ABAP) to facilitate enhancements and integrations.
• Conduct testing (unit, SIT, UAT), address defects, and provide production support.
• Assist in data migration activities related to vendor, material, purchasing, pricing, and inventory data.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and aid in deployment, release planning, and system stabilization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of functional experience with SAP supporting PTP and MM.
• Experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, including purchasing, inventory management, material and vendor master data, and invoice verification.
• Proven experience in developing functional specifications for customized SAP enhancements.
• Experience in testing, production support, and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
