SAP Solution Architect – Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Director of Platform Solutions & Services, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of functional solutions throughout the Contract to Cash process.

• Lead and engage in solution design discussions with TGS's strategic system integrators.

• Work collaboratively with business partners to gather and convert business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.

• Build effective relationships and ensure strategic alignment with business partner teams across the organization.

• Facilitate collaboration with global vendor support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible positions within the technology sector.

• Strong functional and technical expertise in Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Technical Service processes.

• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with S/4, Vistex, and the ERP application ecosystem.

• Basic ABAP debugging skills and familiarity with Fiori applications and SAP BTP/cloud-based BRIM extensions.

• A proven track record of at least two full lifecycle implementations on S4 HANA.

• Knowledge of E-Commerce processes is considered an advantage.
