• Engage with the SAP SD module encompassing the complete Order-to-Cash process.
• Collect requirements from various business areas and convert them into functional solutions.
• Execute configurations, modifications, and enhancements in SAP SD.
• Deliver L2 and L3 support through incident and problem analysis.
• Develop functional specifications and assist the ABAP technical team.
• Conduct unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Take part in implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvement efforts, and migrations to SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules, including FI, MM, WM, and EWM.
• Required technical expertise: SAP SD (senior level), sales organization structure, sales documents, item types and categories, pricing (procedures and conditions), account determination with FI integration, shipping/delivery and billing processes, messages and outputs, complete sales cycle processes (Order-to-Cash), billing processes, and accounting integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• SAP SD certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Experience in high-criticality production environments and integration with SAP FI (accounts receivable, billing, and taxes) and SAP MM (materials, inventory, and availability).
• Familiarity with WM or EWM is a plus.
• Additional knowledge: SAP S/4HANA SD, functional reading and analysis of ABAP, interfaces (IDocs), integrations with external systems, and Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe).
