This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for SD operations (Remarketing Invoicing, Pricing & Conditions, Subscription Billing), identifying root causes across work streams and applying structured analysis to resolve them autonomously.
β’ Collaborate with business teams, including Growth, Fleet, and Operations, to take ownership and enhance FINN's Order-to-Cash process comprehensively, from sales order initiation through delivery and billing to revenue recognition, ensuring seamless integration with FI-AR.
β’ Regularly assess and refine sales order and billing workflows, ensuring compliance with SAP Standard and Clean Core principles.
β’ Assist and empower team members by documenting best practices for lean development and system utilization.
β’ Spearhead the execution of technical solutions within larger business initiatives, overseeing the initial design, integration, and deployment phases.
β’ Aid in the design of modern integrations utilizing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to link S/4HANA with customer-facing platforms and internal tools.
β’ Challenge existing norms. Actively seek configuration, pricing automation, or output management solutions that save time and enhance both customer and sales experiences in SAP.
β’ 3β5 years of practical experience in SAP SD.
β’ Strong understanding of SD-FI integration (subscription billing, revenue account determination, billing document transfer, credit management) and SD-MM interactions.
β’ Demonstrated experience in interface design within SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP).
β’ You are passionate about SAP Standards and prefer standard solutions to maintain system manageability, actively advocating for a return to standard practices.
β’ Familiarity with full-cycle implementations or significant roll-outs (ideally including an O2C or sales rollout) and ability to navigate between detailed technical tasks and high-level project management.
β’ You are proactive, decisive, and thrive by tackling complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
β’ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with sales, finance, and cross-functional tech teams.
β’ Highly analytical and data-oriented, coupled with a customer-centric mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, impact-driven setting.
β’ Experience in product development and Agile methodologies.
β’ Proficiency in English.
β’ Familiarity with adjacent systems in the data chain (DWH, automation tools) is a plus.
β’ Flexibility to work either from our modern Munich office or remotely within the EU/EMEA region (+/- 3 hours of the German time zone).
