SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.

• Administer identity and access management, which includes managing business users, roles, catalogs, and ensuring segregation of duties.

• Monitor the health of the system, including background jobs, integrations, and interfaces.

• Maintain comprehensive system documentation for audit, compliance, and change management needs.

• Manage software collections and oversee the transport lifecycle across Development, Test, and Production environments.

• Coordinate and implement semi-annual SAP release upgrades, including conducting regression testing.

• Administer SAP BTP services, such as Cloud Connector, destinations, and integration flows (SAP Integration Suite).

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to integration, configuration, and authorization.

• Oversee key user extensibility, including custom fields, logic, and business objects.

• Provide support for configuration adjustments and troubleshooting in partnership with business teams.

• Maintain configuration elements as appropriate (e.g., CBC, organizational structure, number ranges, document types).

• Manage SAP incidents and facilitate collaboration with SAP support and external partners while ensuring effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in administering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and management of three-system transport processes.

• Experience in coordinating SAP release upgrades and managing cloud lifecycle activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; SAP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP services, including Cloud Connector, destinations, and integration scenarios. Knowledge of Groovy (Java) scripting is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical SAP FI/CO consulting experience is beneficial.
