SAP Program Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative, focusing on testing, readiness, and deployment efforts.

• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dress rehearsals, and production verification testing.

• Manage and monitor defects, issues, risks, and dependencies among various teams and vendors.

• Support activities related to operational readiness and transition to support planning.

• Conduct workshops with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to achieve delivery objectives.

• Aid in cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support initiatives.

• Create clear documentation, reporting, and executive summaries to facilitate governance and decision-making.

• Proven experience in SAP or large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.

• Practical experience with testing lifecycles, defect management, and test coordination.

• Background in supporting operational readiness and transition to support activities.

• Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners in complex settings.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage diverse teams.

• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and effectively resolve issues.

• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing competing priorities in dynamic environments.
