This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate with functional teams to assess functional specifications and create technical design specifications.
• Offer level-of-effort estimates derived from functional specifications or business requirements.
• Develop, unit test, debug, implement, and document SAP SLP/MDG ABAP applications.
• Address open issues and make decisions between alternative design options.
• Actively communicate work status updates.
• Adhere to Raytheon development standards and methodologies.
• Keep documentation up to date.
• Assist with the change control process.
• Participate in peer design reviews.
• Facilitate application upgrades.
• Address defects.
• Create test plans for new or modified programs.
• Test, design, implement, and document necessary fixes.
• Conduct issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Provide advanced problem-solving support, including on-call critical assistance.
• Work as a member of the SAP ES DT team.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent, including at least 10 years as an SLP/MDG Systems Expert.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SLP/MDG Systems Expert with SAP Business Partner, focusing on Vendors & Customers.
• Over 10 years of experience implementing SAP SLP/MDG across various industry sectors.
• A decade of experience in SAP SLP/MDG workflow framework and design.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills.
• Capability to escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Ability to collaborate and work harmoniously with others.
• Competence in leading technical development projects.
• Ability to engage vendor support on both technical and functional matters.
• Skill in directing an SAP SLP/MDG development team to resolve challenges.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future company immigration sponsorship.
