This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design, configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP EWM solutions within S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition and Public Edition to support warehouse and supply chain processes.
• Analyze and address production issues utilizing ticketing systems, IRT processes, and SLA requirements.
• Identify root causes of technical and functional problems and implement effective resolutions.
• Work alongside business users and technical teams to comprehend requirements and resolve intricate EWM challenges.
• Translate technical concepts and solutions into straightforward explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage in solution enhancements, process optimization, and ongoing support activities.
• Offer technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to fellow team members.
• Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition, particularly in EWM and Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition EWM.
• In-depth understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes and their integration with Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in supporting SAP EWM within production environments.
• Strong background with incident, ticket, IRT, and SLA-based support processes.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Experience collaborating directly with business users and cross-functional technical teams.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a support setting.
• SAP S/4HANA EWM certification – Public or Private Edition is preferred.
• Experience with SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, or significant enhancements is preferred.
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or training to other team members is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of warehouse and supply chain business processes.
• Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced conversational skills in English and Spanish are essential (will be assessed).
• Foreign nationals residing in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
• A valid visa to work in Mexico is required.
