This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver technical assistance within an AMS framework;
• Assist SAP users in an AMS support setting;
• Create and execute integration solutions utilizing SAP Process Integration (PI) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO);
• Develop A2A and B2B integration interfaces;
• Configure and oversee integration scenarios (ICO and dual-stack, when applicable);
• Create mappings and transformations (Graphical, Java, and XSLT);
• Collaborate with adapters such as IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, File, SFTP, JDBC, among others;
• Monitor and support integrations (N2/N3), conducting advanced troubleshooting;
• Ensure the performance, security, and governance of integrations;
• Document interfaces and technical solutions;
• Assist with migrations and transition strategies to SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP);
• Engage with functional and technical teams;
• Perform other routine tasks in the area.
• Proven experience with SAP PI/PO;
• Background in AMS support for SAP user assistance;
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (Solman);
• Experience in SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP);
• Knowledge of API Management;
• Experience with SAP Event Mesh (event-driven architecture);
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integrations and APIs;
• Proven experience with EDI/B2B integrations;
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD;
• Ability to be adaptable and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities;
• Good negotiation skills;
• SAP certification is mandatory;
• Bachelor's degree in IT is required.
