SAP EDI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide advanced support for SAP Logistics SD.

• Facilitate issue resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and promote continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into IT solutions.

• Ensure system stability, performance, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to achieve end-to-end process alignment.

• Assist with testing cycles, system upgrades, and change requests.

• Train key users and facilitate knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP SD and EDI integrations within an international context.

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash business processes, including order management, delivery, and billing.

• Familiarity with EDI standards.

• Practical experience with SAP IDoc-based integrations, possessing functional knowledge and the ability to read technical documentation.

• Ability to work with middleware or EDI platforms such as SAP PO/PI, Seeburger, and OpenText.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex integration scenarios.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

• Experience collaborating with external partners, VAN providers, and international clients.

• Familiarity with customer labeling requirements.
