• Oversee the design and implementation of SAP PEO solutions within engineering and manufacturing settings.

• Conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops focusing on PEO and QM processes.

• Configure and enhance SAP QM processes, including inspections, quality notifications, and compliance reporting.

• Ensure seamless integration of PEO with PM/EAM, MM, PP, and SD modules.

• Assist in the complete lifecycle delivery including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

• Lead UAT support, defect resolution, and process optimization efforts.

• Provide engagement with stakeholders, training, and support for change management.

• Extensive experience with SAP across various implementation and support initiatives.

• Proven background in SAP PEO or comparable manufacturing solutions.

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Experience with S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in complex manufacturing environments such as aerospace, defense, or engineering.

• Experience in complete lifecycle delivery, including testing and deployment phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, or a related field.

• SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
