SAP HCM Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect customer requirements and create as well as enhance processes.

• Assist clients with SAP HCM solutions, emphasizing payroll and time management functionalities.

• Apply new functional and legal requirements through suitable customization.

• Counsel and assist business units in improving processes within the SAP HCM system framework.

• Ensure cost-efficient project execution, particularly regarding year-end activities.

• Provide support to clients in everyday operations as part of 2nd Level Support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Multiple years of consulting and/or project experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions with an emphasis on payroll and time management.

• Quick learner, team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.

• Ability to work independently, show commitment, maintain a confident demeanor, and possess strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in the German language.
