SAP Functional Solution Architect – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess organizational requirements and convert them into scalable SAP architectures that incorporate various modules, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and SuccessFactors Time Tracking.

• Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth system integration, aligning solutions with both technical and business goals.

• Develop technical architectures that enhance business processes and deliver added value.

• Take a pivotal role in client interactions and exhibit technical expertise.

• Keep abreast of the latest technologies such as SAP Payroll and cloud solutions while influencing global strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect specializing in SAP environments.

• Proficient in monitoring and managing SAP Payroll systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

• Demonstrated experience in optimizing and automating processes within an SAP framework.

• Strong capability to handle changes and updates in the system while minimizing their effects on processes.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
