SAP ECC/S4 HANA FICO Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process, focusing on detailed configurations, developing future process flows, and executing intricate projects and programs within SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance modules.

• Convert broad business strategies into defined SAP business process flows.

• Act as the functional/technical leader and the Finance business process lead for SAP initiatives related to finance.

• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to collect requirements and prototype solution designs.

• Manage data migration, cutover planning, and system testing during transitions from ECC to S/4.

• Guide junior team members and lead project teams throughout the delivery and project lifecycle.

• Interact with senior stakeholders to align priorities and develop SAP solutions that meet business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in SAP FICO (both ECC and S/4HANA).

• Extensive techno-functional expertise in at least 2-3 sub-functions of Finance, such as Intercompany, RAR, FA, etc.

• Preferred SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting, and SAC.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in the current role with SAP FICO and S/4 HANA.

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end business processes across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.

• Proven experience in leading global implementations and managing multi-geo teams from a Finance perspective.
