SAP CSV Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) activities that support SAP S/4HANA and associated SAP platforms within regulated Life Sciences settings.

• Collaborate with Quality, IT, Business Process Owners, and project teams to ensure the implementation, validation, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA solutions comply with GxP regulations and industry best practices.

• Lead and supervise CSV and CSA activities for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, and other related business applications.

• Offer validation leadership during SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing operational support.

• Develop and implement validation strategies that align with regulatory requirements, company protocols, and industry best practices.

• Direct validation lifecycle deliverables, conduct risk assessments, establish testing methodologies, and manage compliance documentation.

• Ensure that validation activities uphold data integrity, system reliability, and objectives for regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in supporting and validating SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Extensive experience in supporting and validating SAP platforms and critical enterprise systems.

• Proven experience leading validation projects for SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with utilizing SAP Cloud ALM in validation, testing, or application lifecycle management activities.

• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance requirements for computerized systems.

• Experience in supporting large-scale SAP transformation or digital modernization initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional project teams.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
