SAP BRIM CI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) solutions according to business needs

• Manage CI master data, which includes Business Partner, Contract Account, and Provider Contract

• Configure and oversee Consumption Item Management (CIT) and Billable Item Management (BIT)

• Set up rating groups, CIT class assignments, aggregation, and associated rating processes

• Manage billing cycles, date rules, selection criteria, grouping, and scheduling activities

• Address clarification processing and resolve billing-related challenges

• Integrate SAP BRIM CI with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and S/4HANA Sales/SD

• Work on BDR integration and billing processes based on subscriptions and usage

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into effective BRIM billing solutions

• Participate in implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support tasks

• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and business teams to resolve intricate issues

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and technical documentation

• Support comprehensive testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities

• Ensure that billing processes are scalable, precise, and aligned with business requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant SAP experience with significant hands-on expertise in SAP BRIM

• Demonstrated experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI)

• Strong understanding of CI, CIT, BIT, Rating, Billing, and Convergent Invoicing processes

• Experience with CI master data, including Business Partner, Contract Account, and Provider Contract

• Comprehensive knowledge of rating, aggregation, billing cycles, scheduling, and clarification processing

• Experience with integration of SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SOM, and S/4HANA SD

• Practical experience with BDR integration and subscription/usage-based billing

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex billing issues

• Experience in managing end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation projects

• Ability to transform business requirements into scalable SAP BRIM solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting with distributed teams

• Strong skills in documentation, testing, and problem-solving
