SAP BASIS, Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Administer and provide support for SAP systems, encompassing S/4HANA, ECC, and both cloud and hybrid environments.

• Oversee SAP security, including roles, authorizations, and access-related matters.

• Assist with the installation, upgrading, patching, and transport management of SAP systems.

• Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, stability, and compliance of SAP systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to systems, infrastructure, and authorizations.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical teams on integration and cross-system initiatives.

• Promote continuous improvement in SAP operations, security protocols, and system governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration or comparable SAP technical infrastructure roles.

• Strong background in SAP system administration, monitoring, and operational activities.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP security, roles, authorizations, and access management.

• Practical knowledge of SAP system architecture and the underlying IT infrastructure.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and intricate multi-system SAP landscapes.

• Familiarity with cloud or hybrid SAP landscapes is a significant advantage.

• Capable of independently troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

• Reliable and responsible approach to operational and security matters.

• Experience in international projects or support settings.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious work style.

• Effective communication skills in cross-functional environments.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication.
