Sample Management Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Offer operational assistance in the management of reference materials and matrices.

• Provide operational support for the receipt, verification, inventory control, distribution, sending, and disposition of study samples.

• Prepare samples for analytical procedures.

• Maintain an inventory of supplies required for sample management and order supplies as necessary.

• Assist in the maintenance, operation, and support of sample storage equipment and its associated monitoring system.

• Archive documents related to the management of study samples.

• Carry out daily tasks and additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma.

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to use sample-tracking software.

• Experience in a regulated environment will be regarded as an advantage.
