Salesforce Tester – Fintech, Manual, Functional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Test Execution & Coordination: Prepare and carry out end-to-end (E2E), user acceptance (UAT), system integration, and non-regression testing cycles.

• Business Analysis: Evaluate business requirements and process flows to create organized test scenarios, test scripts, and detailed test documentation.

• Data Validation: Conduct thorough data quality, consistency, and integrity assessments following data mocks and production (PROD) migrations.

• Defect Management: Monitor, document, and handle defect logs utilizing Jira.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure effective communication between finance, business users, and technical teams to outline testing scope, priorities, and obstacles.

• Go-Live Support: Oversee overall testing progress, provide regular status updates, perform root cause analysis for identified issues, and assist with cutover readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fintech/Financial Background: A minimum of 5 years of experience exclusively within the Fintech or Financial Services industry.

• Tooling Expertise: Hands-on experience in testing within Salesforce and SAP environments.

• Testing Style: A background centered on purely Manual / Functional Testing.

• Availability: Full-time commitment with the ability to officially start no later than June 1st, 2026.

• Communication: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Proactive Mindset: A dynamic, self-motivated individual who confidently manages stakeholders and drives projects forward despite challenges.
