Salesforce QA, Software Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Implement thorough testing strategies and plans to verify that software fulfills both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Work in conjunction with developers and other stakeholders to detect and rectify defects.

• Design and execute automated tests for software applications, encompassing integration and regression testing.

• Detect, document, and oversee software defects until resolution, ensuring that all critical issues are prioritized and addressed without delay.

• Engage in the evaluation of requirements and design documents to confirm their testability.

• Record testing outcomes and generate test reports for various stakeholders, including senior management.

• Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies, promoting the adoption of best practices and standards.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in software testing, remaining informed about industry trends and advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience as a Software Tester or in a QA-related position with a focus on Salesforce development and testing.

• Solid experience in establishing test tools.

• Familiarity with automation testing tools.

• Demonstrated experience in solution testing.

• QA experience encompassing manual testing and the creation of automated tests.

• Experience across multiple cloud environments, including at least Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

• Additional Salesforce cloud experience in Marketing, Commerce, CPQ, Education, and Analytics is a plus.

• Required Certifications:

• - Certified Salesforce Administrator

• - Certified Salesforce Advance Administrator
