Salesforce Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage project finances, scope, and timelines

• Lead the implementation of top-notch AI and digital service solutions

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients

• Organize status meetings and monitor project metrics

• Assist in user acceptance testing and training initiatives

• Oversee B2B CRM systems and AI software projects

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of project management experience with the Salesforce Platform

• Background in a consulting environment

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Expertise in Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect

• Familiarity with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order processes

• Excellent facilitation skills for gathering requirements

• Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory
