This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• You will collaborate closely with the Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to guarantee that high-quality, well-structured data is not only accessible for reporting but also utilized in business and operational tools.

• Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of our data platform.

• This position will primarily concentrate on constructing and preserving reverse ETL workflows to activate warehouse data across downstream systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Administration, configuration, and upkeep of the Salesforce platform.

• Collect and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Design and execute automation (flows, validation rules) and enhancements to the data model.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business and data insights.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across the platform.

• Work in tandem with Business and Data teams for integrations, migrations, and process enhancements.

• Manage users, roles, profiles, and security access.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support and training to end-users.

• Technologies: Salesforce

• Basic hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Configure and sustain Journeys for customer communication flows.

• Oversee Email Studio assets and campaign distributions.

• Create and manage Data Extensions.

• Support the synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
