Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Operations Specialist – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Oversee audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber management.

• Set up and maintain customer journeys and automation workflows.

• Assist with the execution of email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns.

• Track campaign performance and resolve delivery challenges.

• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams.

• Ensure adherence to data quality, compliance, and governance standards.

• Assist in testing, quality assurance, and campaign deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Proficient in Journey Builder.

• Familiarity with Automation Studio.

• Knowledge of Email Studio.

• Experience in audience segmentation and list management.

• Background in campaign deployment and quality assurance.

• Expertise in CRM operations and marketing automation.

• Strong grasp of email marketing best practices.

• Proven ability to work with stakeholders from Marketing and Technology teams.

• Must be available to support Middle East business hours.

• Fluent in English.
