Salesforce Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-level analysis and planning throughout the project lifecycle.

• Determine the testing strategy tailored to various contexts.

• Design and implement test cases for products and components.

• Estimate the duration and resources required for testing activities.

• Carry out both functional and non-functional testing.

• Investigate, document, and report defects while identifying their root causes.

• Create quality assurance reports for stakeholders involved in the project.

• Assess project progress using various KPIs and metrics.

• Provide daily updates on project status.

• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

• Proven experience working on Salesforce projects.

• Strong understanding of QA concepts and processes gained through previous roles.

• Familiarity with issue tracking tools.

• Proficiency with test case management systems.

• Solid understanding of software architecture.

• Good knowledge of databases.

• Acquainted with various software development methodologies, recognizing when and what type of testing is required throughout the project lifecycle.

• Capability to work independently.

• Ability to generate process or product improvement suggestions.

• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.

• Proactive approach to tasks.

• Mid Salesforce Developer: 2 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 1 year in Salesforce projects.

• Software Architect: 7+ years of direct software development experience in the Salesforce environment/platform.

• Senior Salesforce Developer: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Salesforce.

• Tech Lead: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Salesforce.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
