Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual sales consultations with potential clients to gain insight into their needs, project objectives, and budget constraints.

• Present the company's pergola catalog and suggest products that meet each client's specific requirements.

• Create precise quotes, estimates, and tailored sales proposals.

• Ensure consistent follow-up with leads throughout all phases of the sales pipeline until they are either converted or disqualified.

• Investigate local construction setbacks, zoning laws, and permit necessities by engaging with municipalities and government agencies.

• Supply clients with accurate information regarding permitting processes and project viability.

• Keep detailed and organized records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities within the CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.

• Provide outstanding customer service while fostering strong relationships with both prospective and current clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting virtual sales consultations and successfully closing deals.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated ability to independently generate accurate quotes, estimates, and sales proposals.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing and following up on multiple leads across various stages of the sales pipeline.

• Experience or familiarity with the construction, home improvement, outdoor living, or building materials sectors is preferred.

• Comfortable reaching out to municipalities and government bodies to investigate zoning laws, permit requirements, and construction setbacks.

• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
