This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Stay informed about client environments and recognize applications for Experian products.
• Oversee batch programs, assist with implementations, provide compliance consulting, process invoice credits/debits, conduct client audits, establish subcodes, train clients, and manage reporting tasks.
• Facilitate communication with clients regarding changes to products and services.
• Conduct meetings with clients and prospects utilizing phone and web tools.
• Detect cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, directing or referring them to the sales team.
• Investigate sales and service prospects for potential clients.
• Offer customer insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Educate users on Experian services.
• Relay client account requirements to team members.
• Maintain ongoing contact with product and service users to strengthen relationships.
• Direct research efforts to support client relationships.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing or support roles.
• Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills essential for success.
• Passion for researching and resolving complex challenges.
• Comfortable collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM, artificial intelligence, and Microsoft applications is a plus.
