This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide administrative assistance to account managers and sales teams.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer order information for Billing, Delivery, and other departments.
• Oversee changes to billing profiles, novations, credit notes, and updates to site codes.
• Validate invoice dates and billing amounts.
• Assist with internal projects that require expertise in sales administration.
• Take charge of administrative processes that influence sales operations.
• Deliver precise and timely assistance to guarantee the seamless execution of customer orders.
• Tackle complex administrative issues and contribute to improvements in processes.
• Make informed decisions independently while collaborating with teams across different locations.
• Enhance efficiency by implementing new tools, workflows, or practices.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a sales support or administrative position.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Expertise in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Capability to work collaboratively with internal teams (Solution Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, Pricing Desk).
• Experience in data entry and quality assurance.
• Preferred qualifications include:
