Sales Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create qualified illustrations and deliver presale support to achieve producer goals efficiently.

• Supply product and carrier information to producer groups as well as internal personnel.

• Keep comprehensive product and financial knowledge regarding all carriers.

• Acquire a working knowledge of internal systems and carrier software applications.

• Generate suitable illustrations based on an understanding of the competitive life insurance landscape.

• Provide producers with illustrations and various marketing resources.

• Actively follow up on all presale activities.

• Record requested illustrations for sales tracking using a CRM system.

• Engage in educational growth through internal and carrier training on competitive markets, products, and industry developments.

• Uphold departmental illustration workflows and service level agreements for phone and illustration response times.

• Experience using PCs in a Windows environment.

• Proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to assess problems and formulate solutions.

• Skill in communicating with individuals across all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.

• Preferred: Familiarity with the insurance industry, products, and sales processes.
