Sales Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Ensure that customers receive exceptional service when delivering frozen products and wine.

• Maintain customer communication, process orders, and present attractive promotions!

• Outbound Sales: Call customers for updates, new orders, and special offers.

• Inbound Support: Assist via phone or email with orders, changes, and inquiries.

• Customer Care: You leave every customer with a smile!

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary school diploma.

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch or Flemish.

• Basic computer skills.

• Experience in sales or hospitality is a plus!
