This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Maintain precise and current records within the CRM system.
• Ensure that all client and prospect data is accurately entered, organized, and preserved.
• Monitor repair quotes, sales activities, and client interactions.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline status and activities to sales leadership.
• Track essential KPIs such as lead response times, quote conversion rates, and booked calls.
• Quickly triage and qualify incoming leads.
• Conduct data enrichment on new leads to guarantee complete and accurate contact, company, and equipment details.
• Assist in prospecting efforts to build and sustain a robust pipeline of businesses and clients requiring IT repair services.
• Implement follow-up sequences with leads and prospects according to a defined schedule.
• Re-engage cold or stale leads in the pipeline to enhance conversion opportunities.
• Arrange and organize all sales calls and appointments.
• Prepare and dispatch quotes for IT repair services, including hardware repairs, device maintenance, and related technical solutions.
• Follow up on pending quotes that have not yet been accepted.
• Manage and organize sales-related email communications.
• Adhere to and uphold the established sales process at every stage.
• Assist in developing, refining, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales process to support team growth and scalability.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
• Ensure all service agreements are accurately completed, signed, and filed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and follow-up.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and professional.
• Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks, systems, and deadlines at once.
• Independent & Self-Motivated: Able to work autonomously in a virtual environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong Prioritization Skills: Capable of quickly assessing urgency and importance to manage daily workload effectively.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the IT repair or managed services sector is a considerable advantage.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, devices, and common repair terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency in email management and standard business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Fully remote/virtual position.
• Must have reliable internet access.
