This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to solution delivery and closure.
• Build and enhance the sales pipeline for enterprise and mid-market accounts across the US.
• Promote InspireXT’s Data & AI solutions, which include Databricks implementations, Lakehouse modernization, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI enablement, and optimization of data platforms.
• Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives that link Data & AI capabilities to tangible client results.
• Collaborate with Databricks and cloud partners on joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Create collaborative account plans with Databricks, cloud partners, and InspireXT delivery teams to identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities.
• Interact with CIOs, CDOs, Data Leaders, and Business Stakeholders.
• Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to design distinctive solutions.
• Formulate account strategies and plans for expansion.
• Represent InspireXT at industry conferences, client workshops, and webinars.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically in Data, Cloud, Analytics, or AI.
• Proven history of achieving quotas and generating sales pipelines.
• Experience in selling Databricks or similar data platforms such as Fabric, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or other contemporary data platform solutions.
• Knowledge of how Data & AI capabilities drive business value across various use cases, including operational efficiency, forecasting, automation, decision intelligence, customer experience, supply chain visibility, and process enhancement.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern Data & AI solution areas, including:
• - Modernization of data platforms
• - Lakehouse architecture
• - Data warehouses and data lakes
• - Cloud-native data platforms
• - Data engineering, ETL/ELT, pipelines, and integration
• - Streaming, APIs, and contemporary data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Kafka
• - Analytics, BI, and advanced analytics
• - Machine learning
• - Generative AI
• - Agentic AI
• - AI-enabled transformation of business processes
• - Data governance, quality, metadata, security, privacy, and responsible AI
• Experience working with enterprise clients based in the US.
• Strong consultative and value-oriented sales approach.
• Capability to convert complex data/AI solutions into business results.
