This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation of Railbookers’ AI strategy across all departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Rail, Finance, HR, QC, and Customer Service.
• Drive the development, training, and ongoing enhancement of AI agents tailored to specific departmental needs, aiding in quoting, booking, quality assurance, marketing content, HR processes, and financial analysis.
• Integrate AI tools into everyday operations to streamline procedures, minimize errors, and enable staff to focus on more valuable, customer-oriented tasks.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to utilize Railbookers’ Data Lake and Knowledge Graph, ensuring that AI systems are supported by precise, centralized, and high-quality data.
• Create frameworks, provide training, and initiate change-management strategies to empower staff across all departments to effectively and confidently work with AI tools.
• Establish, track, and report on KPIs that reflect a tangible business impact.
• Uphold standards for ethical AI usage, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and adhere to corporate governance policies.
• Proactively explore new AI applications, pilot innovative technologies, and expand successful solutions throughout the organization.
• Work alongside department leaders to prioritize AI initiatives, promote adoption, and ensure solutions are aligned with both strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Manage relationships with external AI partners, vendors, and consultants to foster innovation and sustain a competitive edge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience leading digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven projects, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling AI tools (such as LLMs, copilots, workflow automation, customer service/chatbots, knowledge assistants) across diverse business functions.
• Strong comprehension of AI's integration with enterprise systems, workflows, and data platforms, rather than a focus on deep model development.
• Proven ability to lead change management and adoption initiatives, ensuring confidence in AI tool usage among staff at all levels.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business value for both leadership and frontline personnel.
• Experience in establishing AI best practices, governance frameworks, and training programs for business users.
• Strong project management and prioritization capabilities; adept at managing multiple projects and achieving measurable business results.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and data privacy issues in corporate environments.
