Business Platforms Administrator – AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain all key business platforms, which include HubSpot CRM, Ticketing, Content Management and Marketing tools; Monday.com for project and task management; and Google Workspace.

• Propel the implementation and acceptance of Aquifer's AI strategy, emphasizing areas where AI can deliver significant commercial and operational benefits.

• Offer onboarding, training, and continuous support to internal business end users for all platforms and AI tools.

• Develop comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for platform usage, AI workflows, and guidance on adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS administration, end-user training, reporting, customizations, and platform management.

• Established proficiency in HubSpot, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.

• Proven experience in implementing automation tools and AI-driven features within business platforms.

• Solid understanding of GenAI, copilots, automation, and workflow redesign from both business and operational model perspectives.

• Documented success in identifying high-value AI use cases and advancing them from pilot phase to broad, integrated adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Transformation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
