This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide sales coverage and enhance market penetration for products within the designated territory.
• Educate individuals eligible for Medicare and assist them in gaining access to health insurance.
• Distribute health education materials and organize health screenings.
• Offer Facilitated Enrollment and provide support for health insurance continuation and recertification.
• Identify potential enrollees and assess their eligibility for the Medicare Advantage product.
• Implement policies and procedures regarding disclosures, product provisions, enrollment, and disenrollment.
• Establish a local community presence to drive enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments as necessary to finalize enrollment.
• Market Medicare Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other specified locations.
• Clarify covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions.
• Assist members with accessing healthcare, transportation needs, and additional services.
• Adhere to current marketing activity guidelines and provide the necessary materials and documentation.
• Monitor competitive products and marketing strategies, and report findings to management.
• Engage in telemarketing and outreach initiatives.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and special events.
• Complete applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance or rejection, and competitive conditions.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
• Comply with company policies and standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or community relations is necessary, including prior managed care experience, preferably in Medicare.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• A State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License is required upon hire.
• A current state driver's license is required upon hire.
