Sales Representative, Customer Service – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and key decision-makers.

• Handle follow-up communications effectively through emails.

• Recognize opportunities and arrange sales meetings.

• Document and maintain information within the CRM system.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects.

• Collaborate with the sales team to transform leads into opportunities.

• Utilize tools like ZoomInfo for generating prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a C1 level or native proficiency.

• Basic computer literacy, including skills in email, spreadsheets, and CRM software.

• Over one year of experience in customer service.

• Experience with cold calling is advantageous.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or business development is beneficial but not required.
