Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the number of sales points within the designated territory.

• Collaborate closely with the supervisor to achieve sales objectives and targets.

• Ensure that in-store activities are aligned with and support current sales promotions.

• Verify that in-store execution corresponds with the outlined plan, including the promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, and planogram.

• Engage in merchandising strategies.

• Set up and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in retail locations.

• Oversee personal territory and customer meetings.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Complete daily reports through the mobile application.

• Primarily cover gas stations and convenience stores within the territory.

• Manage the product inventory in the assigned area.

• Enhance customer satisfaction for both hot and cold beverages.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid driver's license and exclusive access to a vehicle are essential.

• Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising is required.

• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

• Capable of submitting daily reports.

• Must have exclusive access to a smartphone; utilizing an app in the work process is mandatory.

• Technologically proficient and able to perform digital tasks via the app, including submitting reports at the end of each shift.

• Must have exclusive access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.

• Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated, enjoying challenges and eager to engage in daily business operations.
