Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer troubleshooting support for customer orders, account statuses, and related issues

• Provide data and resources to assist the sales team

• Create and track performance metrics

• Oversee sales tracking tools and report significant data

• Maintain records of sales trends

• Collaborate with account managers to formulate tailored sales strategies

• Stay informed about new product and feature launches, ensuring the sales team is fully updated

• Review outstanding orders and specific customer requests to guarantee exceptional customer service and experience

• Recommend enhancements to the sales process

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate

• Practical experience with ERP and CRM systems

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel

• Comprehensive understanding of sales principles and customer service methodologies

• Strong communication abilities

• Analytical mindset and multitasking capabilities

• Team-oriented with motivational skills

• A BS degree in Marketing or an associate degree in a relevant field is advantageous
