This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead the yearly sales planning process for the Beer Division.
• Analyze sales trends for company brands.
• Align Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Growth on actionable deliverables.
• Collaborate within the Beer Division to propose annual volume targets and growth strategies to leadership.
• Own the models that support sales targets and fiscal-year forecasting.
• Assist in the development of KPIs in collaboration with Growth, Strategy, Category Management, and Finance.
• Manage cross-functional projects that drive or elucidate sales outcomes.
• Support Business Units in establishing and tracking goals for the Spring and Fall selling seasons as well as the fiscal year.
• Provide sales and trend analysis to leadership teams.
• Create and maintain monthly and ad hoc sales reports while interpreting report data.
• Develop actionable deliverables in coordination with Growth, Brand teams, BU Operations Directors, Category Managers, and National Accounts.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance sales performance tracking and opportunity identification.
• Oversee program coordination and assessment and communicate sales trends and growth opportunities across the organization.
• Report to the Sr. Director, Commercial Sales Planning & Integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Focus on strategy, analysis, and data modeling.
• 3–5 years of experience in a strategic planning role within the consumer packaged goods sector.
• Highly developed interpersonal abilities with a talent for influencing and building consensus.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Capacity to work independently, identify opportunities, coordinate/evaluate initiatives, and propose feasible solutions.
• Confident, proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to work.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a high level of professionalism.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of IRI, Nielsen, or other consumer-based tools that compile large data sets.
• Capability to lift 25 lbs.
• Some domestic travel is required (5–10%).
