This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee relationships with potential distributors.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies.
• Propel revenue growth.
• Ensure efficient distribution of our products in the marketplace.
• Design and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue through distribution partners within the designated territory.
• Cultivate relationships with distribution partners by providing regular communication, training, and support to facilitate their success in promoting and selling our products.
• Identify and onboard new distributors and partners to enhance market sales.
• Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, devising solutions to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure effective product distribution to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop strategies that maintain a competitive edge and optimize distribution efforts.
• Provide management with regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key distribution sales metrics.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and customer retention.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in distribution product sales.
• Extensive experience in distribution product sales.
• Established management capabilities.
• Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets via distribution networks.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Excellent ability to establish and maintain connections with distribution partners and end customers.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for motivating and developing partnerships with distribution partners.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to formulate strategies and sales plans.
• Exceptional synthesizing skills.
• Excellent capacity to work independently, manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to collaborate in remote teams to encourage teamwork and mutual support, with experience sharing.
• Knowledge of the Construction sector and/or Machine Control is a significant advantage.
• Candidate must be fluent in French.
• Proficiency in English is a valuable asset.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
